Position Overview:Style Inc Stores is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry into our Point of Sale (POS) system, maintaining up-to-date and precise stock counts across multiple world-famous brands. Your attention to detail and accuracy will play a key role in keeping our inventory organized and our retail operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately scan and enter product data into the POS system, including item descriptions, SKUs, pricing, and stock levels.
• Perform regular and precise stock counts, ensuring correct inventory levels are maintained for all brands.
• Cross-check inventory data with physical counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Update stock counts and inventory data in real-time, following store protocols for inventory management.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve stock discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency while handling multiple product lines.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry, inventory management, or retail operations (experience with Lightspeed POS systems preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data entry efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple brands and product lines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software is a plus.
