Senior Technical Project Manager

• Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in Salesforce and experience running a DevOps team.
• Communication: Excellent communication abilities, especially with offshore teams in India.

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead a team consisting of 1 onshore business analyst, 3 offshore developers, and 1 offshore tester.
• Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including offshore team members in India.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, particularly in Salesforce and DevOps practices.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement practices within the team.
