Job Requirements / Description
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Responsible for organizing and supporting functions in the Group Sales Department including creating and responding to correspondence designated by Sales staff, answering and taking accurate messages for Sales staff, and managing department files.
  2. Maintain accurate records for all group bookings.
  3. Assists with the coordination of any changes to future group reservations.
  4. Assist with the planning and preparation of special events, both on-site and off-site as designated by the Director of Sales.
  5. Prepare sales manager for upcoming trade shows.
  6. Assist Sales Manager with group accommodations prior to group arrival and during their stay.
  7. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  8. Work closely with the Purchasing Manager for the arrival of group packages.
  9. Prepare group resumes, send out invites to Department heads, prepare meeting room with
department and client name tags.
  1. Prepare BEOs for in house departments and weekly 10 day BEOs for all department heads.
  2. Consistently exhibit excellent internal and external customer service.
  3. Greet and communicate with all customers and group members in a friendly, courteous, empathetic
  4. Complete other duties as assigned in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  6. Perform duties in compliance with safety procedures, which includes the use of safety equipment. Incumbents are responsible for following safety procedures, identifying unsafe practices or conditions and informing their supervisor or the Safety Committee of unsafe conditions, as directed.
  7. Attendance: reports to work as scheduled, on time, and ready to work.
  8. Appearance: business professional or business casual attire.
  9. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming act, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, internal policies and procedures, Colorado Limited Gaming Regulations, and various federal and state regulations and changes in regulations

$17.00/hr + based on experience
