Job Requirements / Description

Overview

The Pines Catholic Camp seeks a dynamic leader who is passionate about camp ministry! This is an incredible opportunity to pour into the next generation of Gen Z leaders and Gen Alpha youth. Be part of our growing mission and a 35+ year legacy of faith, fun, and friendship.

What You'll Do:

  • Use your vision and creativity for dynamic Catholic faith formation programming to blend established Pines traditions and ministry approaches with new, innovative, and contemporary strategies for creating belonging, evangelizing, and catechizing youth and adults.
  • Make a HUGE impact on the lives of college students as they work as missionaries during our summer programs! Mentor young adults to be stronger leaders and live more authentically as disciples, especially as they learn to be relational ministry leaders for campers.
  • Integrate the unlimited possibilities of outdoor learning and exploration into experiences and programs for campers and staff.
  • Build a culture of highly intentional, relational ministry where we walk alongside campers in their faith journey as we help them grow in virtue, character, and resiliency through top-tier camp programming.
  • Enjoy living in a Christ-centered community with camp staff and working on a collaborative, mission-driven team in the beautiful setting of 130 scenic acres of the East Texas forest.
  • Be part of our planning and growth for the future, including new construction, development of new programs, expansion beyond camp property, building our missionary program, and more.
