Job Details

  1. Provide legal representation to clients in court proceedings on matters related to personal injury, insurance defense, and business litigation.
  2. Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
  3. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other necessary legal papers.
  4. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in a manner that is beneficial to the client.
  5. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
  6. Maintain client relationships, providing them with regular updates on case progress and legal advice.
  7. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as the ethical standards of the legal profession.

Qualifications

  1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on personal injury, insurance defense, and business litigation.
  3. Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal principles clearly and concisely.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
  6. Proven track record of managing multiple cases and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  7. Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
  8. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
