Job Details
- Provide legal representation to clients in court proceedings on matters related to personal injury, insurance defense, and business litigation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other necessary legal papers.
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in a manner that is beneficial to the client.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
- Maintain client relationships, providing them with regular updates on case progress and legal advice.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as the ethical standards of the legal profession.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on personal injury, insurance defense, and business litigation.
- Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal principles clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
- Proven track record of managing multiple cases and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
