The Director – Digital Marketing Experience is responsible for developing and executing a strategic distribution of Brewers brand content and marketing messages across all Brewers digital channels. This position will play a major role in enhancing Brewer’s brand awareness within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers via successful implementation and management of digital marketing strategies and integrated campaigns. These campaigns will promote our brand, engage our fans, and drive sales across the business (ticket plans, single game tickets, events, retail, etc.).

The Director – Digital Marketing Experience will work collaboratively with Major League Baseball Advanced Media as well as with internal partners (including Business Analytics, Ticket Sales, Corporate Partnerships and Information Technology) to deliver, measure and optimize digital marketing campaigns and best-in-class solutions across all digital platforms, including web, video, social media, texting messaging, and mobile apps.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  1. Plan and execute all digital marketing channel strategy inclusive of website, email, SMS, Ballpark App, and digital video channels.
  2. Oversee social media efforts and ensure amplification of the team’s content plans, and that the plans align with The Brewers brand voice and overall digital initiatives.
  3. Engage in research efforts to identify effective digital platforms and methods to reach a targeted audience; plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of related experience, and solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe metrics suite). Strong data analysis skills to extract insight from reporting tools, with a willingness to be innovative, test new ideas and programs is required.
