Our client is a Global Asset/Investment Manager with over $100 Billion in AUM that has been building out their internal teams within Private Equity Portfolio Investments.
Seeking someone for a Manager/Senior Manager role to work on their Investment/Portfolio Deals from an Accounting & Financial perspective. This role will be a lead on the team working with internal stakeholders/executives, Acquisitions, Tax, Legal, and Operations team. This team is responsible for Accounting and financial operational management including transaction execution, investment operations, and accounting of holding, financial controls for investment operations, treasury & cash management, systems, valuation and financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage investment/deal finance activities pre and post-closing; Financial Diligence Transaction activities includes analysis of entities, investing options and completion while valuations, restructurings and/or cash management
- Work with internal stakeholders to drive financial transaction & Investment finance function
- Assist leading as an valued business partner to the business, providing key financial deal support
- Coordinate management of portfolio investment entities, and preparation of financial statements.
- Identify financial opportunities and ideas that will value-add to the business and develop enablers to support the private markets growing complexity and scale.
- Establish and implement strong processes, financial controls and robust risk management and governance in all the finance areas relating to the investment support and monitoring.
- Develop a strong team of talent that will be strategic business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance a Must; Masters or MBA a plus
- >6 years of experience in Accounting, Transaction Advisory, Audit, or Financials working within Private Equity Investments including but not limited to Real Estate and Infrastructure

Our client is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary and discretionary performance bonus, including benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000-190,000 plus bonus.
