About the Role:

The Law Firm is a highly respected litigation firm and is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of legal experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and will be responsible for managing complex civil litigation matters, providing high-level legal counsel, and handling cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft and review legal documents such as motions, briefs, and complaints.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in (State(s)) (multi-jurisdictional admission is a plus).
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably with exposure to complex cases.
