We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Sales Director, for a Series D company. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and highly successful team, at a company that's growing at a 35% rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 frontline sales managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and develop sales managers in critical skills including forecasting, managing people, and recruiting for their own teams.
  • Oversee and manage complex sales cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of total SaaS sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of management experience, including managing sales reps at the mid-market or enterprise level and managing sales managers.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales managers in the skills that matter most.
  • Experience in B2B software sales is required; hardware and software experience is a plus.

Application Process:
