Job Description

Manages end-to-end demand planning and allocation optimisation, including in-stock and service levels for assigned departments. You will be tasked with identifying gaps in our delivery, creating action plans to mitigate gaps, and working with stakeholders to complement the global plan to deliver on our business strategy.

Proactively monitor the under, over stocks and stock nearly expired, allocate the over / near expired stock accordingly. Communicate with the related department.

Engage closely with Supplier together with Buyer to ensure the stock availability, working together with buyers on the Promo Trade Plan.

Place the order to replenish the Distribution Centre for both Local and Indent (import) products and monitor the Air/Sea Shipment closely.

Coordinate with Channels/Store on store replenishment, allocation, and other relevant matters to ensure target fulfillment level, shrinkage and other KPI are met and issue resolution is executed well and timely.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in similar capacity.
  3. Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  4. Strong planning skills.
  5. Possess good understanding of supply chain concepts and related processes.
  6. Good understanding of Distribution Centres operational routines.
  7. Relevant experience in demand forecasting and capacity forecasting is a plus.
  8. Knowledge in International trade.
  9. Ability to work closely with different stakeholders.
  10. Knowledge in SAP and/or forecasting tools using Excel/Relex/Anaplan is an added advantage.
  11. Retail experience will be an added advantage.
