The Senior Digital Asset Manager plays a pivotal role in streamlining our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, directly impacting the efficiency and success of the entire Creative Operations team.
In this exciting role, you'll go beyond asset management. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to optimize the DAM system and automate workflows. This directly contributes to Epsilon's overall goal of delivering exceptional creative experiences for our clients, while fostering a culture of innovation within the Creative Operations department.
This role reports directly to the Director of Creative Operations, fostering close collaboration and ensuring alignment with departmental goals. You'll work hand-in-hand with a talented team of creatives, strategists, and operations specialists. This collaborative environment fosters knowledge sharing and professional development. What You'll Achieve
- Support content and asset management for the Epsilon Digital Media Service creative department.
- Organize, manage, and maintain all digital media assets (photos, videos, fonts, audio files).
- Assist Creative team members in purchasing and managing creative assets.
- Act as an administrator of the DAM tool, adapting metadata fields, adding users, and updating configurations.
- Manage financial setup and accounts for asset purchasing and rights management.
- Ensure compliance with various vendors, client contracts, and agreements.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve and expand Digital Asset Management within the company.

Who You Are
- A passionate and organized individual with 5-8 years of asset management experience in a design studio, creative department, or agency environment.
- An expert in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with a deep understanding of creative asset metadata and cataloging taxonomy.
- A proactive and results-oriented problem-solver with a proven ability to identify and solve complex asset management challenges. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative to streamline workflows and implement automation solutions.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces a growth mindset. Adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving digital landscape.
- Proven working experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, InDesign) is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with both Mac and PC platforms is a plus.
- Experience with workflow/project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, WorkFront Proof or similar) is a plus.
