Position Overview
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with US-based universities and research institutions for collaborative projects. Evaluate and make strategic investments in newly incubated lithium battery technology companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with US universities and research institutions to establish and manage collaborative projects, promoting technical cooperation and exchanges.
• Conduct due diligence and strategic analysis for potential investments in emerging lithium battery technology companies.
• Interface with the US government to develop and implement relevant policy-driven projects.
• Build and manage a team, demonstrating strong leadership, management, and decision-making abilities.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for the ongoing management and performance tracking of invested capital.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
• Master's or Ph.D. from a QS100, 985, or 211 university.
• 5+ years of experience in the lithium battery industry.
• Deep understanding of lithium battery trends and cutting-edge technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with US legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly those related to energy and technology.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Possess strong writing skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
