Leidos QTC Health Services is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to support our Veteran Affairs Operations.

What part would you play in this role?
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 10-15 Medical Case Specialist I for triaging daily VA disability referrals, preparing VA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs), scheduling veterans and obtaining diagnostics and reports from providers required to process VA disability claims.
In this rewarding role, you will :
- Manage processes and procedures to ensure timely and quality completion of work according to clients’ contractual obligations.
- Oversee the team’s performance in order to achieve the operation goals of timeliness, quality, and customer service.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
- Analyze and report on a monthly and quarterly basis operational statistic.
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 5 years total relevant experience; 2 of the 5 years must be supervising or leading teams or projects (preferably in a healthcare setting)
- Experience in an operations role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and communicate effectively.

- Mon – Fri: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Annual Pay Range:
$66,333.35 to $81,074.10

- 2 year(s): Project management and medical case management life cycle experience is preferred
