**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
- Manage patient care with expected ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3.
- Float between different units as needed, including sister facilities nearby.
- Work four weekend shifts in a six-week period.
- Conduct patient assessments, implement care plans, and evaluate patient responses.
- Utilize Epic for charting and maintaining patient records.
- Complete required orientation and modules prior to start.
- Follow hospital guidelines and ensure compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements, with medical or religious exemptions available.
