Job Description

Position Highlights

  • Works with Relationship Managers and coverage team members on the day-to-day management of federal government Corporate and Commercial Banking clients.
  • Analyzes financial data and prepares comprehensive written analyses, assists the Relationship Manager in creating client presentations, and identifies products and services that meet customer needs and making appropriate referrals.
  • Higher levels may have their own assigned client relationships and may also co-manage client relationships with a Relationship Manager.

Basic Qualifications

  • Typically a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically two to four years of relevant banking or sales experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Government clearance required.
  • Portfolio does not typically include credit and underwriting activities.
  • Government experience preferred.
  • Treasury Management and product experience preferred.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed relationship building and sales skills.
  • Effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Hybrid/flexible schedule

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
