About the role: The Business Enablement Application & Delivery team is responsible for managing a wide variety of business applications including Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zoom, as well as other applications in areas such as credentialing, contract management, and marketing. This position is responsible for the implementation, management, and support of a selection of applications and manages the team(s) that supports these applications. The Director of Business Applications also provides end-user advocacy and communication for other IT related projects that impact a large number of team members across the company.
Essential Functions:
- Assist business units with the entire process of new technology solutions from documenting requirements, identification of the solution, internal reviews, implementation, and full lifecycle management.
- Ensure team is trained on and follows organizational procedures for demands, projects, and change management.
- Work with various departments to coordinate system upgrades or scheduled activities.
- Manage the vendor relationship including contract renewals, license management, and other activities throughout the life of the contract.
- Review requests and projects from a strategic perspective and provide insight on how they may impact or interact with other business and technology processes.
- Review the existing technology stack and make recommendations to ensure scalability and long-term viability.
- Work with the Integration team on post-acquisition or merger projects, when needed.
- Be an end-user advocate for large scale IT related projects that impact a large number of users and assist with the creation of documentation for and communication around these projects.
- Lead cross-functional change committees and ensure all impacted departments are aware of application or process changes.
- Create and maintain a departmental roadmap.
- Manage the team that supports the various applications, including providing technical and strategic guidance.
- Other tasks, as needed by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Administrator or Developer certification or 4 years administrative or developer experience in ServiceNow or Salesforce preferred.
- 10+ years relevant work experience.
- Prior application implementation experience.
- Prior application support experience.
- Previous management experience.
- Experience leading an application implementation preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks/requests.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Admin Centers and license administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

For individuals living in California, Colorado, Washington; as well as, for individuals living in or reporting to New York State only, Premise Health is required to include an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, Washington, and New York compensation is $120,000 - $140,000.
