About this role:

The Senior Manager, Sales role is an exciting opportunity to create a lasting impact on our organization while managing and further developing the Account Executive team. We are seeking someone who is results-driven and is energized by their team succeeding while providing guidance and leadership to those they are managing. This role will be measured by the Account Executive team achieving ARR attainment and maintaining headcount growth. We are looking for an agile go-getter, who can work well under pressure and is not afraid to ask questions or push the limit on what is next. Because we are a small tech start-up, your contributions will have a high impact on the business giving you great purpose. You will be part of our Sales team, reporting to the Vice President of Sales, and you will have tremendous opportunities to grow and develop in this role. This is a mostly remote role that currently works in-person once or twice a month.

What will I be doing?

  • Develop and Train new and experienced Account Executives
  • Ad-hoc day to day coaching and performance management of your team
  • Running sales team meetings
  • Ensuring execution of key sales team initiatives
  • Iterate and improve upon sales processes in the name of bettering KPIs
  • Working collaboratively with multiple departments including the Inbound and Outbound Demand Generation teams, Marketing, Client Success, etc.

Necessary Skills

  • Experience with HCM / HRIS / Payroll / Benefits technology.
  • Prior sales representative management experience in SaaS industry
  • Prior experience as a successful Account Executive
  • Has previously demoed technology products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and is process oriented
  • Ability to motivate others and lead with a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Local to the Boston or Houston area
