Behavioral Health Consultant - Integrated Primary Care

Are you passionate about providing behavioral health services in a primary care setting? We provide a wide range of services including medical, dental, pharmacy, autism screening, and behavioral health. As a part-time role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community.

• Respond to requests from primary care providers to address behavioral health needs of medical clinic patients
• Provide brief intervention for presenting problems and triage for ongoing treatment services
• Complete encounters and associated documentation, including coding and billing
• Measure change and adjust treatment as needed, using appropriate screening tools
• Present mental health/behavioral health findings and recommendations in verbal or written format
• Lead staff training sessions on new therapeutic techniques and practices
• Perform clinical responsibilities in alignment with healthcare requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology for Clinical Psychologist role
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field for Master's Level Therapist role
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team in primary care or other medical settings preferred
• Licenses/Registration as applicable by state regulations

Additional Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
