Research Scientist Level 1

OPS Consulting is seeking a Research Scientist Level 1 to work in the following locations:

Baltimore, MD

College Park, MD

Required Experience: The Research Scientist evaluates and provides expert advice on the application of scientific principles and concepts. The Research Scientist will maintain substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories, staying abreast of the scientific literature and conferences. Additional experience is required in the following areas:

1. Conducts laboratory research.
2. Executes scientific studies.
3. Applies scientific principles and concepts to potential inventions and products.

Qualifications:

1. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Physics plus 1+ years of experience or a Master's degree plus 2+ years of experience.
