Job Title: Forklift OperatorJob DescriptionCandidates will be driving a forklift around the warehouse/production facility doing general material handling. It will be 50% forklift operation and the other 50% of the time will be spent on the assembly line working with car parts. Candidates will be operating a sit-down propane forklift when assigned.ResponsibilitiesOperate a sit-down propane forklift to move materials around the warehouse and production facility.Handle materials and ensure proper storage and organization.Work on the assembly line with car parts for 50% of the time.Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and shipping.Essential Skills1-3 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift.Good experience with material handling.Experience working on an assembly line.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Must pass a forklift test.Willingness to work overtime.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with RF scanners is a plus.Shipping and receiving experience is beneficial.Why Work Here?This is a large company with significant opportunities for growth. It is not fully climate-controlled but maintains moderate temperatures. Available shifts include: 3rd shift (10pm-6am, 11pm-7am, or 11:30pm-7:30am), 2nd shift (2pm-10pm), and 1st shift (6am-2pm or 7am-3pm).
