Job Title : Supply Chain Analyst

Pay Rate: $ 43 – 48 / hour

Contract Duration: 8 Months

Schedule : 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible hours)

Location: Hybrid (4 days Remote, 1 day Onsite – Thursday) in Maplewood, MN

Job Description :

  • Provide minimal work direction, demonstrating high skill and expertise in the role while sharing best practices within the team.
  • Lead the demand planning process using best practices to develop a consensus and unconstrained demand plan. Collaborate with stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Portfolio, and Manufacturing Operations.
  • Support the division Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Analyze international supply plans within the demand planning system.
  • Provide data support to division planning teams and manage the demand planning reporting process.

Skills :

  • Experience in Production and/or Supply Planning.
  • Action-oriented with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong proficiency in system applications such as Office 365 (especially Excel), SAP ERP (ECC/APO), and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of statistical and analytical tools, including forecast modeling, S&OP, and IBP.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong leadership abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across global regions.
  • Experience representing Supply Chain professions, including Demand, Planning, and Production.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher with seven (7) years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Sourcing, Intercompany, and/or Transportation or related business roles.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED with eleven (11) years of relevant experience in the same areas.

Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor's Degree
