We are looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join our Charlotte team! This role is vital to supporting and maintaining our client relationship across its multiple funds. The role will partnership with investments, marketing, and asset management to prepare client materials and manage investor reporting. The Investor Relations Associate will assist with onboarding new investors and maintaining investor contact databases.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly and quarterly investor reporting
- Prepare and review investor capital call and distribution notices
- Maintain custodian relationships and requirements for fund holdings and positions
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with new investors with a target objective of enhancing the business relationships within the portfolio
- Respond to ad-hoc investor requests for information and investment analysis
- Contribute to marketing and communication projects
- Review incoming investor subscriptions agreements and work directly with advisors to resolve any trades not in good order

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations/Real Estate/Finance/Fund Administration
- Proven exceptional communication (verbal, written and graphic) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with DocuSign, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
- Experience with Juniper Square software strong plus
- Previous private equity experience strong plus
