Corporate & Securities Counsel

We are a publicly traded company and a leader in the cybersecurity space! We're on the lookout for an experienced Corporate Securities Counsel to lead and elevate our corporate and securities endeavors.

This is a full-time and permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee crucial SEC reporting, filing, and compliance efforts.
• Lead and supervise legal activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with executives across the organization.
• Provide strategic advice on SEC requirements and corporate governance.
• Manage high-impact legal projects.
• Implement risk management strategies.
• Spearhead updates to corporate policies, especially regarding securities compliance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of corporate and securities experience.
• Experience with publicly traded companies.
• Experience with M&A transactions.
• SEC experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge in the cybersecurity, networking, or technology fields is preferred.
