  • Assess and manage tax risks, including identifying potential tax issues and developing remedy plans for mitigation, as well as accounting and documenting for Uncertain Tax Position Statements (UTPs) under ASC740-10.
  • Review quarterly income tax estimated payments and monthly indirect tax payments and ensure all tax payments are accurate and timely.
  • Perform monthly tax accounts reconciliation and be in compliance with SOX.
  • Manage tax audits and examinations, interface with external auditors in responding to information requests, and coordinate with service provider(s) to ensure that the company’s interests are protected.
  • Monitor tax development, stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations as well as industry development.
  • Interface and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across an organization to develop solutions and facilitate the integration of business processes across the organization.
  • Be data driven, optimize tax technological solutions and automation to streamline tax processes.
  • Perform other responsibilities, duties, and projects as assigned.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to present information persuasively and effectively, working with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Demonstrate strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
