**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a Medical/Surgical inpatient unit specializing in GU/GI.
- Perform continuous bladder irrigation and manage patients with related needs.
- Independently handle IV insertions and modifications.
- Manage and adjust insulin and heparin drips as required.
- Work effectively during night shifts, ensuring attentive care and monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
