The Associate, Technical Sourcing will help with transactional duties and collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to assist with the development of on-trend headwear and apparel across multiple product categories. The Associate, Technical Sourcing will provide critical support to the overall product development process and work closely with peers cross-functionally to turn ideas into great merchandise.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams (licensed management, merchandising, design, production, planning, logistics, customer relations, social compliance and quality) to ensure deliverables are metMeet or exceed timelines associated with Time & Action Calendars (TAC) for multiple overlapping deadlinesOrganize prototypes and sales samples development requests.
