What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow the existing account base while acquiring new accounts in the Small Law Channel
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Manage territory effectively through both phone and in-person interactions
- Meet monthly sales and renewal targets through customer visits and meetings
- Provide market intelligence and assist with customer-related issues to maintain strong relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales
- High level of competency with internet and database management
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and remain positive in sales situations
