Hospice Medical Social Worker

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a Hospice Medical Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing psychosocial evaluations, ongoing counsel, bereavement services and community education outreach to patients and families. Qualifications include an MS degree in social work, current state license, and 2+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice.
