The HT Group is partnering with an innovative organization that specializes in AI and machine learning solutions to find a VP of Sales!

We are looking for a driven and strategic sales leader who has experience navigating complex sales cycles across multiple verticals (energy, supply chain, automotive, semiconductor, retail, and CPG).

Remote: SF Bay Area or Austin TX based preferred

Comp: $175-200K base + bonus

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to drive success.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing multi-million-dollar deals.
  5. Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure sales strategies align with market demands.
  6. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in industrial sectors.
  2. Prior enterprise sales experience required.
  3. In-depth knowledge of industrial AI platforms and their applications in relevant industries.
  4. Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams to achieve and surpass targets.
  5. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  6. A results-driven approach with a strong passion for growth and success.
