Cast Iron Media, LLC is a premier sports and entertainment media solutions company, meeting the needs of its partners by connecting them with engaged fans watching live sports both at home and at the event. Cast Iron's Connected TV platform, SportStream Live, offers a collection of live games running on popular on-demand services, and includes MLB, NBA, NHL and NCAA. CrowdConnect Live provides national branding and experiential marketing programs across all live sports and entertainment.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering significant new business revenue in sports focused OTT media and sponsorship sales to contribute to the team and East Region sales revenue goals:

  • Utilize your vast network in the sports media and advertising space to prospect and close new media and sponsorship business.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle including lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management.
  • Partner with Marketing to communicate and strategize proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to hit sales goals and generate revenue for Cast Iron Media.
  • Collaborate with the Advertising Operations and Account Management team on account maintenance including campaign management, optimization, and customer service.
  • Develop lasting and profitable relationships with new and existing customers to maximize revenue for the company.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role is well-versed in CTV/OTT media sales, specifically for sports and entertainment in your region:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 7+ years of quota achieving media sales goals.
  • Proven record of prospecting and closing 6 + 7 figure new business deals in local media and/or OTT space.
  • Possess a strong network of client and media agency contacts – local, TV, digital, and sponsorship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, with experience presenting to senior marketing and media executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and Salesforce.

This is a regional remote full-time, exempt position reporting to the SVP, East Coast Sales, based in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Travel within the region required as needed plus occasional trip to company headquarters in White Plains, NY.
