Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of (8+) years of experience in corporate M&A law, with a demonstrated track record of leading significant transactions.
- Bar Admission: Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong leadership abilities; excellent written and verbal communication; and a deep understanding of corporate finance and regulatory environments.
- A portable book of business is required .
