Responsibilities:
- Asset Organization and Management: Responsible for uploading, organizing, tagging, and maintaining Marketing and individual Business Unit's digital assets, ensuring they are properly stored, tagged, and easily accessible.
- Asset Cataloging and Metadata Management: Maintain metadata schemas/taxonomy and tagging systems to accurately describe and categorize digital assets. This includes adding descriptive keywords, copyright information, usage rights, and other relevant metadata to facilitate search and retrieval.
- Transfer & Archive Assets: Review assets on legacy DAM with Marketing Managers to determine what needs to be archived and which assets should move over to Marcom Central.
- Access Control: Implement access controls and permissions to ensure that only authorized users can access and or upload sensitive or proprietary assets, while also tracking usage and permissions to maintain compliance with licensing agreements and copyright laws.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users across the organization on how to effectively use the DAM system and adhere to best practices for managing digital assets. This includes creating user guides, conducting training sessions, and offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address user questions or issues.
- Analytics & Reporting: Run reports, analyze usage/download patterns, make recommendations for assets to be retired.
- Asset Governance: Perform audits bi-annually of collateral to ensure they are up to date and maintained. Execute global updates to find and replace new logos, new annual copyright and disclosure updates across multiple assets.
- Asset setup and Print Coordination: Set up assets/collateral which includes converting files to Fusion Pro, sending assets to printer for project ID, set up customizable fields for versioned assets that need to be printed. Be the point person for the print vendor to ensure accurate and timely production of print assets.
- Troubleshooting for Bank Associates: Be a point person for associates who need help tracking print orders placed through Marcom Central, print and DAM vendor point of contact for troubleshooting.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a marketing organization or creative agency.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, content management and or marketing workflow systems/platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adept in managing multiple stakeholder priorities and follow through.
- Extremely detail oriented and understands the importance of taxonomy and tagging.
- Analytical and data driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of creative process and print production.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiar and comfortable with the use of marketing technology and tools.
- Project management skills.
Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
