Job Description Summary
The Brokerage Coordinator will be a key member of one or more brokerage team(s) and may provide administrative support for market leadership.
Job Description
Principal responsibilities:
Generate, coordinate, maintain confidential reports, correspondence, presentations,
Comfortable and proficient with standard software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe products (InDesign or Illustrator)
Perform general administrative functions such as:
Pulling weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Contact management
Process invoices and expense reports
Provide backup coverage for other administrative staff as needed
Coordinate team calendars, tour schedules, etc.
Interact with clients as well as internal teams including:
Marketing COE Team
ENGAGE and CRM database
Deal Desk
Outside Vendors
Provide transaction support including:
Pipeline entry and management
Gathering transaction closing documents
Follow up on agreements and deadlines
Provide misc. administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate preferred
3+ years’ administrative experience
Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe products
Basic knowledge of real estate preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
