The Role

You will lead a North America Regional Enterprise expansion sales team comprised of sales professionals who maintain a high-quality pipeline and successfully achieve sales and revenue targets. The team boosts sales order values and the lifetime value of enterprise customers primarily through cross-selling prioritized products and services and sales-driven upgrading of existing products through a consultative sales approach identifying and solutioning enterprise customers’ strategic goals and business problems.

Location

This position allows work from home in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Utah. Will require at least 25% of time conducting sales activities outside of the office.

  3. Accountable for impeccable funnel and deal management capabilities, with a distinct track record of driving high-quality funnel adds.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  2. 6+ years’ experience developing and leading winning teams using a solution-based sales methodology for enterprise technology services.
  3. 1+ years’ experience leading other sales leaders and teams.
  4. Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  6. Strong business acumen and expert knowledge of Lumen’s products, services, and solutions.
  7. Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$112230 - $149630 in these states: ID.

$118130 - $157500 in these states: MT and UT.

$124040 - $165380 in these states: OR.
