Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive technological advancements aligned with business goals.
  3. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable software and hardware solutions.
  4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of quality.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Operations, to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  6. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, providing thought leadership and guidance to the organization.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in a leadership role within a technology-driven organization.
  3. Strong expertise in network operations, with a deep understanding of networking protocols, infrastructure, and security.
  4. Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  6. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation.
