The Director of Regional Sales is an ideal opportunity for individuals who excel in providing excellent customer service while managing the logistical and financial aspects of client accounts. The successful candidate will focus on building relationships with new leads and maintaining strong connections with existing clients and business partners.

We are seeking a Director of Regional Sales to join our dedicated team at NewEra Pharmacy in Portland, OR. This is a full-time remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. This position will work strategically with the pharmacy director, regional sales coordinators, and the pharmacy operations team to key in on specific and strategic accounts to help grow and develop business in the designated territory and where else is it beneficial to the company.
  2. This position will require extensive networking, collaboration, and work within key accounts as well as the coordination of pharmacy operations and strategy to best build business in this territory’s accounts.
  3. The position will report directly to the Pharmacy Director, and duties may change from time to time depending on the changing pharmacy and market dynamics.
  4. This position will have some oversight of other Regional Directors as it relates to training, guidance, as well as helping to guide teammates when needed.
  5. Additionally, this position will assist Pinnacle Team with Pinnacle Clinics when needed for pharmacy relations or other needs.
  6. This position will thus work to help grow and maintain their specific territory but will also assist pharmacy director with Pinnacle clinic relationships where needed.

Position Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or 1 year of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  2. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

$130,000 annually

The compensation range for this position is $130,000 per year. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
