Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year

Job Details

You'll be successful if you have:

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a Staff Level Position.
• Experience working in a startup environment (think ownership, agility, and innovation).
• Self-motivation and a self-starting attitude with an ability to mentor more junior engineers.
• Experience working with our stack (Python/Django).
• Experience with cloud containerization (Docker and Kubernetes).
• Experience building performant scalable software.
• Low ego and strong orientation to cross-functional work and stakeholder collaboration.

What do we need:

• Language: Python/Django
• Containerization Experience: Docker or Kubernetes
• Cloud Environment: Google Cloud Platform (interest in working in this environment)
• Experience with Monolithic to Microservices Migration
• Start-up Environment Experience: Ad-hoc nature of operation and fast-paced
• Databases: SQL
• Good Collaborator: Architecture and Design is a huge factor - Scoop design and deliver core technical initiatives within the architecture - project manage that work
