Position Overview :

As the Dental Office Manager at CG Smile, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and maintaining a high standard of patient care. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including the opportunity to earn commission based on practice performance.


Key Responsibilities :


• Oversee daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.

• Manage and support the dental team, ensuring staff efficiency and optimal performance.

• Lead patient relations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all patients.

• Oversee billing, collections, and financial reporting to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Coordinate with dental providers and staff to ensure optimal treatment plans and patient satisfaction.

• Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track practice growth and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Drive marketing and promotional efforts, contributing to patient acquisition and retention strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the dental industry.

• Provide leadership in solving any operational or patient issues that arise.


Qualifications :


• Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.

• Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance, and financial management.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.

• Knowledge of dental practice management software.

• Proven ability to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

• Familiarity with marketing and patient acquisition strategies is a plus.

• 5-years of Dental Management Experience
