Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare nutritious, balanced meals that meet dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Plan menus to ensure a variety of healthy options.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment following safety and hygiene standards.
  • Accommodate special dietary requirements and allergies.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere in the kitchen and interact with staff and residents in a supportive manner.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a residential or institutional setting.
  • Knowledge of nutrition and special dietary needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with others.
  • Passion for working with children and contributing to their well-being.
