Position: Account Manager


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage existing client accounts and develop new business opportunities.
  2. Address customer complaints and help find solutions to their issues; maintaining a positive relationship between both parties for future business growth.
  3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  5. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed goals.
  6. Identify potential clients and engage them to understand their needs.
  7. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  10. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  11. Collaborate with leadership team to identify and grow opportunities within a territory.
  12. Prepare quarterly forecasting reports and updates on account status.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the telecom industry.
  2. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term relationships with clients.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  6. Willingness to travel as needed. This role is based in Morrison Hershfield’s San Diego Offices and will require travel to local client sites.
