Care Dimensions is looking for an eager Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic HR team! In this meaningful role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting skilled, mission-driven professionals who will provide care and support to our patients and their families during life's most challenging times. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of care and services we provide, helping to make a difference every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full life-cycle healthcare recruiting efforts for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and culture.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Promote the organization's mission and values to prospective candidates.
- Coordinate/Plan/Attends career fairs and open houses.
- Assist in monthly two day new hire orientations.
- Hybrid work schedule option.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare or non-profit sectors.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
- Demonstrates organizational and assertiveness skills, flexibility and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities utilizing exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals at all levels in the organization and team to deliver results.

There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post. Pay Range
$32-$40 USD
