Position Type: Full-Time
Essential Functions:
- Provides audit/accounting support to the FIAR team.
- Sends out data calls to gather necessary information and responds to data calls where needed.
- Reviews processes and procedures and ensures that processes/procedures are being followed.
- Documents processes/procedures.
- Meets with stakeholders to go over audit results and/or make suggestions for areas of improvement.
- Drafts and maintains master schedules for the year. Provides weekly, monthly, annual status reports.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- At least two (2) years of accounting clerk experience.
Desired:
- Experience with Navy ERP
- Experience with DoD policies, processes, procedures
- Audit experience
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Required.
