They also champion implementation of a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, a component of OE, to drive continuous improvement in operational and maintenance metrics across the site. This individual leads and influences a medium to large group of employees (OE Pillar Teams) involved in OE and TPM initiatives, including mostly dotted-line and indirect reports.
