TITLE: Client Relations Supervisor

LOCATION : Vancouver, WA

SALARY : $30-40/hr DOE

SCHEDULE : Temp-to-Hire / Full Time / 40 hours per week / 8am – 5pm

THE ROLE

The Client Relations Supervisor oversees a team of Client Relations Specialists and supports Account Managers in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in assisting Account Managers with client support, retention, and achieving sales and profitability objectives. As the key liaison between the Business Development and Sales Operations - Client Relations unit and other departments, the Supervisor promotes seamless collaboration across the organization.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Client Relations Specialists team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness

Generate and maintain data-driven reports, including account forecasts, performance summaries, and client activity reports, to assist the client relations team in decision-making.

Coordinate with logistics, lab production and other support functions to ensure smooth client service delivery.

• Complete tasks requested by Account Managers related to specific client needs, ensuring timely and effective execution.

• Enhance onboarding processes by working with Account Managers to refine the client onboarding experience and ensure that clients are receiving the training, support and resources they need early on.


SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES

• High School Diploma with minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinical/laboratory customer service position required.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms is required, preferably HubSpot, for managing client information and tracking interactions.

• Customer Service Expertise: Understanding of customer needs assessment, service quality standards, and evaluation of satisfaction levels.

• Microsoft 365 proficient (preferred)
