Overview of the Role:

Join our client's team at Swedish First Hill as a Med/Surg Gynecology Registered Nurse. You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients, utilizing your specialized training to positively impact lives. Responsibilities:

1. Execute nursing professional practice by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
2. Champion for ethical and holistic care, advocating for patients’ autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs.
3. Foster a learning environment for patients, their families, and the healthcare team, facilitating both formal and informal education.
4. Enhance safety and quality by identifying problems, integrating evidence, and best practices into patient care.

Requirements:

1. Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
2. Possess a Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
3. Hold a National Provider BLS-American Heart Association certification upon hire.
4. Hold a National Provider NRP-American Academy of Pediatrics certification upon hire.
5. Have at least 1 year of experience in Med/Surg Gynecology Nursing.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. National Certification in your area of specialty is preferred upon hire.
