Front is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team! This role requires a blend of project management expertise, marketing knowledge, and technical acumen to support and enhance our marketing operations. This role is crucial in driving our marketing strategy, enhancing our lead generation efforts, and supporting overall business growth. This candidate will have a healthy balance of operations, project management, technical, and analytical experience to design and implement innovative processes and solutions that unlock promising results for our marketing efforts. You will accomplish this by closely partnering with key stakeholders/ teams, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and executed efficiently. This position is hybrid, expected to be in our SF office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What will you be doing?

  • Evolve our marketing automation practices, including driving key disciplines within our marketing tech stack, attribution, segmentation, lead scoring, and program execution.

  • Ensure all programs Marketing Ops are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Influence design and implementation of program builds to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead management processes and handoffs.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to continually improve marketing effectiveness, process scalability, and lead-to-closed won optimization.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance marketing operations processes.

  • Maintain and improve best practices for data management and hygiene across our external facing platforms.

What skills & experience do you need?

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on marketing automation systems / CRM management.

  • Stack Familiarity: You have primary experience using and/or implementing Hubspot or Marketo and working with Salesforce, Outreach LeanData and/or ChiliPiper and project management systems (Asana, Jira, etc).

  • Project Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Ensure accurate and timely enablement to stakeholders, providing insights into project status and performance.

  • Skilled Collaborator: You excel at cross-functional collaboration and relationship building, and can handle highly complex projects that impact multiple stakeholder groups.
