You will be accountable for developing and implementing marketing strategies that appeal to our target markets and showcase the distinct value of our products. Your responsibilities will include working closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to guarantee that our offerings fulfill market needs and surpass customer expectations.

What You Will Do

  2. Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and implement go-to-market plans that effectively launch new products, drive product adoption, and expand market reach. This includes creating timelines, identifying key stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
  3. Product Messaging & Positioning: Create clear, compelling product messaging that communicates the value and differentiation of our solutions to the restaurant/QSR and retail industries. Tailor messaging to resonate with specific customer segments.
  4. Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools they need to succeed, including pitch decks, product demos, competitive analysis, and training sessions. Ensure the sales team is fully prepared to convey the benefits of our solutions to potential customers.
  5. Content Development: Produce high-quality content such as case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and video scripts that support marketing campaigns, product education, and customer engagement efforts.
  6. Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, email) to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
  7. Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand market product performance, identify improvement areas, and inform future product development.
  8. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  1. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the SaaS, restaurant/QSR, point of sales, hospitality, or retail technology sectors.
  2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for software products.
  3. Deep understanding of the digital in-store experience within the restaurant/QSR and retail environments.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, and proven ability to craft persuasive product messaging and content.
  5. Experience in sales enablement, with a strong track record of supporting sales teams to achieve their goals.
