The employee in this position works within the Laboratory section and the clinic function and has knowledge and skills in the daily performance of laboratory procedures. Adheres to established Health Department policies and procedures.This is an independent position requiring a leadership, decision making and overall general knowledge of laboratory functions including but not limited to: phlebotomy, lab processes, procedures, tubes, and specimen collection procedures, supplies and understanding clinic flow.
