Recruit Secure is collaborating with a busy, successful, and established corporate office located in Monsey that is seeking an energetic, professional Senior Office Manager with financial expertise to join their team. The Office Manager is an integral part of the management team. The company owns several Skilled Nursing Homes in several states. This position reports directly to the CEO and CFO and is based in Monsey, NY. The office hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and Fridays - 9:30 to 2:00 p.m.
The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and financials and be responsible for the following areas:
- The financial management of AP, AR, Payroll, Billing, and Office Purchases for this office
- HR and Employee management of office staff, including hiring, training, and managing workflow
- Ensuring staff is compliant with company policies and procedures to meet corporate goals.
- Completes staff payroll processing (multi-state experience a big plus)
- Works in close consultation with the management team and serves as a point of administrative contact.
- Handles all administrative matters related to the organization.
- Proficient with Excel, PCC, and QuickBooks
- Experience in the Healthcare industry (Skilled Nursing Homes preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
