The IT Engineering team is a fast-growing, motivated group, which allows for a high growth potential and opportunities to distinguish oneself. We are looking for a team member seeking a career as an IT generalist, keen to develop a wide range of skills and knowledge.

Core Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot tech issues, in person and remotely, including help desk operations and deskside support
2. Configure and deploy Macs (via MDM solution), VoIP phones, hardware, and networking equipment
3. Implement, test, and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, including network and telephony systems
4. Monitor projects and new technology roll-outs
5. Assist in office relocations, expansions, and densifications in home office and remote locations
6. Maintain meeting room hardware for conference calls and video conferencing
7. Set up and manage user subscriptions and accounts
8. Maintain the company’s IT hardware asset register, monitoring, and ordering stock
9. Support both our proprietary and third-party software applications
10. Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure that all transferees, visitors, and new joiners integrate seamlessly

Requirements

1. 1+ years full-time work experience required in relevant roles (IT Generalist or Helpdesk in a corporate environment). Part-time experience will be considered.
2. Bachelor’s Degree
3. Excellent understanding of Apple hardware and macOS/iOS

Please note this is mainly an office-based role with possible travel when required for offsite event support.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Compensation: $75,000, 17 vacation days, 10 company holidays & business closure during winter holiday week
2. Coverage for up to 90% of your medical premiums and 75% of your dental and vision insurance premiums
3. 401(k) match – 4% of your total compensation matched dollar-for-dollar
4. Option to WFH on Fridays
